"LIKE I ALWAYS SAY THIS IS NOT CONSTRUCTION IN HEAVEN!" I had one township engneer have me lower a structure by 2.5" neverminding the two 12" pipes that cross the yard.
Better yet I had a township inspector ask "The plans call for 4" drain pipes and the contractor put in 6"! Is the ok ?" In my responce letter I wrote, "6" is larger than 4" so the substition is fine". I could go on ...
